  • Black History Study

    The Spady Cultural Heritage Museum invites learners of all ages (middle school, high school, and adults) to participate in a 7-month cultural education experience that centers the African Diaspora. The Black History Education Program offers learning through hands-on activities, community field trips, and storytelling. The curriculum, developed by Brian Knowles of Power Builders, is designed to engage middle schoolers, high schoolers, and adults alike. Classes will be held at The Spady Museum in Delray Beach and Trinity UMC in West Palm Beach, from September 13, 2025, through March 19, 2026. The Black Seminoles are a group of African Americans, Native Americans and Seminoles of mixed-race descent.
