DESCRIPTION:The Office of Equal Business Opportunity (OEBO) is starting to plan for Small Business Week\, April 29 through May 3.  As we did last year\, we will culminate the week with the Hard Hats and Suits information and networking event hosted by the County’s five (5) construction departments: \n–          Airports \n–          Engineering \n–          Environmental Resource Management \n–          Facilities\, Development & Operations \n–          Water Utilities \n\nThe departments will provide information on current and upcoming projects that you and many of our Small Business Enterprises (SBE) may be interested in and hopefully create or reaffirm relationships.  In addition to the department representatives\, County Administration and many department directors will also be participating. \n\nAs we did last year\, several of the larger construction and design firms will also be hosting a table to provide information to you about their company\, pending projects and possible future collaborations. \n\nHardhats and Suits will be held on May 3rd from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Clayton E. Hutcheson Complex (Agricultural Center\, Exhibit Halls A & B)\, 559 North Military Trail\, West Palm Beach\, 33415. \n\nI hope that you will attend to hear about potential opportunities.
