Athletes can choose from a Sprint Triathlon\, Sprint Duathlon\, or Sprint Aquabike\, with relay options available for both the Triathlon and Duathlon.\nThe race kicks off with a quarter-mile Atlantic Ocean swim (or a 1-mile run for Duathlon athletes)\, followed by a bike course that heads north and back along iconic A1A\, including a single crossing of the Blue Heron Bridge with sweeping views of Peanut Island and the Port of Palm Beach. The run course also crosses the Blue Heron Bridge and winds through the historic Town of Palm Beach Shores—often called the best little town in Florida—showcasing charming seaside architecture before bringing you home to a memorable finish at Ocean Walk.
