The National Urban League Black History Month Career Week & Virtual Career Fair (February 2–6, 2026) is a five-day virtual experience designed to help job seekers and professionals advance their careers. The week begins on Monday, February 2, with a Virtual Pre-Fair focused on sharpening interview skills, strengthening personal branding, and preparing attendees for Career Fair Day. On Tuesday, February 3, participants will connect directly with employers at the Virtual Career Fair to explore remote, hybrid, and in-person opportunities nationwide.
