Black History Study

The Spady Cultural Heritage Museum invites learners of all ages (middle school, high school, and adults) to participate in a 7-month cultural education experience that centers the African Diaspora. The Black History Education Program offers learning through hands-on activities, community field trips, and storytelling. The curriculum, developed by Brian Knowles of Power Builders, is designed to engage middle schoolers, high schoolers, and adults alike. The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches will present Bill Whitaker on Tuesday, January 20, at Noon at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. Bill Whitaker is an award-winning journalist and 60 Minutes correspondent who has covered major news stories, domestically and across the globe, for more than four decades with CBS News. He joined 60 Minutes in 2014 and the 2025-26 season is his 12th on the broadcast. Whitaker first arrived at CBS News as a reporter in 1984.
