We are making 15+ affordable artist studio spaces available in this location, all at $2/sqft including water & electric on a month to month basis. (Average space 113ft = $226/mo + tax)
This location is a retail storefront in a mall – and being that we are working to activate vacant spaces, part of the agreement with ownership is that we require artists to be in the space *at least two days per week* to have have the space activated. (Don’t worry, there’s multiple artists in the space to share a schedule with, we’ll walk you through that).
