Based on the premise that it takes 21 days to build a habit, YWCA has structured its Stand Against Racism Challenge as a 21-day virtual learning challenge.
The purpose of the experience is to help participants develop effective social justice habits, particularly those dealing with race, power and leadership.
When the challenge starts on April 4. 2022, participants will download the Stand Against Racism App for their phone/tablet or log into the challenge website and are then presented with 21 days of impactful challenges such as:

• reading an article
• listening to a podcast
• reflecting on personal experience and more
