Greetings Small Business Community,
We would like to provide advance notice that our regularly scheduled Monthly Outreach Meeting on Friday, July 10, 2026, will be held at Miami International Airport (North Terminal Auditorium D, 4th Floor 2100 NW 42 Ave, Miami, FL 33142) rather than our usual location at Building 5A.
For July, we are partnering with our Procurement team to expand the format of the meeting and create additional networking opportunities for small businesses. In addition to receiving information on upcoming Miami-Dade Aviation Department projects, attendees will have an opportunity to connect directly with prime contractors, consultants, and other firms seeking subcontractors and business partners for upcoming opportunities.
One of the featured topics will be the upcoming $1 billion Gate D60 expansion project, along with other anticipated Aviation projects and procurement opportunities. Our goal is to help small businesses better understand upcoming contracting opportunities while facilitating meaningful connections with firms that may be assembling teams for future work.
We recognize that this location is different from our normal meeting venue; however, we believe the added networking and business development opportunities will provide significant value to our small business community.
