We are pleased to recognize Gary S. Lesser as this year’s Ed Tancer Distinguished Alumni Awardee. Gary is the Managing Partner of Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, PLLC, and the President of The Florida Bar.
A graduate of Forest Hill Community High School, Gary was born and raised in West Palm Beach. He earned a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.
After graduating, Gary joined his father’s family practice in Palm Beach County. Through hard work, dedication, and community service, Gary grew the firm from a two-lawyer practice into a leading Palm Beach County personal injury law firm. Gary serves on the board of several local nonprofits, including the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Young Singers Palm Beaches, Palm Beach County Medical Society, and several legal organizations.
