The National Urban League Black History Month Career Week & Virtual Career Fair (February 2–6, 2026) is a five-day virtual experience designed to help job seekers and professionals advance their careers.

The week begins on Monday, February 2, with a Virtual Pre-Fair focused on sharpening interview skills, strengthening personal branding, and preparing attendees for Career Fair Day. On Tuesday, February 3, participants will connect directly with employers at the Virtual Career Fair to explore remote, hybrid, and in-person opportunities nationwide. From Wednesday, February 4, through Friday, February 6, attendees will participate in expert-led webinars — including the National Urban League’s Digital Career Success Series (DCSS) — along with panels on navigating layoffs, building in-demand skills, and using AI to search for jobs smarter and faster.

There is one registration form for events held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. A separate registration is required for the DCSS session on Wednesday, February 4.

All attendees receive 30 days of extended access to job postings, employer booths, webinar recordings, and the Resource Library to continue learning and exploring opportunities after the event.
