Join the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches for the Black Leadership Luncheon, a curated gathering bringing together Black executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders from across Palm Beach County for meaningful connection, thought-provoking conversation, and opportunity.
Our upcoming conversation will center on “Equity, Ownership & Shareholders” exploring what it means to build ownership, create equity, grow wealth, influence organizations, and position yourself for meaningful leadership at the highest levels.
Designed as an intimate, high-value experience, this luncheon creates space for leaders to engage with peers, exchange ideas, share experiences, and build relationships that support continued professional growth, business development, and community impact.
Speakers:

We are pleased to welcome Yolanda Cash Jackson, shareholder and member of the Becker Management Committee, as a featured voice for this important conversation.
A highly respected attorney, lobbyist, and community leader, Ms. Jackson has built a distinguished career influencing public policy and advocating for clients at the highest levels of Florida government. A double Gator and graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, she has built an unconventional and impactful career spanning law, government affairs, lobbying, policy, and organizational leadership.
As one of only seven shareholders serving on Becker’s Management Committee, Ms. Jackson brings a unique perspective on ownership, leadership, influence, professional advancement, and strategic decision-making.
Her career also reflects a longstanding commitment to civic engagement and community impact through leadership and service with organizations including the University of Florida Foundation, Levin College of Law Law Center Association Board of Trustees, Orange Bowl Committee, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, National Bar Association, and Urban League of Broward County.
During this special conversation, Ms. Jackson will share insights from her journey and perspective on building a career with purpose, creating opportunities for advancement, understanding the value of ownership, and leveraging leadership and influence to create meaningful impact.

Rosalyn “Sia” Baker-Barnes is a Shareholder at Searcy Law, Executive Committee member, and Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with more than 25 years of experience representing individuals and families in complex personal injury, medical negligence, product liability, whistleblower, civil rights, and catastrophic injury cases. A nationally recognized trial lawyer, she has achieved numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a landmark $300 million opioid whistleblower settlement against Walgreens. She is also recognized by Forbes, Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon, Florida Super Lawyers, and Florida Trend.
Ms. Baker-Barnes is the Immediate Past President of The Florida Bar and made history as the organization’s first African-American woman president. Her leadership has focused on expanding opportunity, strengthening collaboration, and creating a meaningful “Seat at the Table” for lawyers across Florida. She has also served as President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and in numerous community and professional leadership roles throughout Palm Beach County. Her career reflects a longstanding commitment to advocacy, mentorship, service, and opening doors for the next generation of leaders.

Telsula Morgan is an attorney at Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A., where her practice focuses on environmental land use and tribal law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor, from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University College of Law. Telsula also serves as General Counsel for Leadership Palm Beach County. She currently serves as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association, is an Executive Council member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy and Resources (SEER), serves on the Board of the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County, and also currently serves as the Scholarship Chair for the West Palm Beach Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Phillip Hutchinson is an accomplished attorney and government relations strategist with more than two decades of experience in complex litigation, public affairs, and economic development. He helps businesses, organizations, and municipalities navigate government regulations, secure development approvals, and advance strategic initiatives throughout Palm Beach County and beyond. His diverse legal practice spans commercial litigation, real estate, construction disputes, product liability, and insurance defense. Phillip has played a key role in significant community development initiatives, including negotiating development rights for the historic Gulfstream Hotel in Lake Worth Beach and securing land-use approvals for a medical clinic serving underserved communities. Recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for multiple practice areas, he combines legal acumen with a deep understanding of local government and the issues shaping South Florida’s business community.
A University of Florida graduate with a background in aerospace engineering, Phillip also serves in community leadership, including as Vice Chair of the Urban League of Palm Beach County’s Board of Directors.
This is not a traditional networking luncheon. It is a focused leadership forum designed to strengthen connections, elevate voices, exchange ideas, and expand opportunity within Palm Beach County’s business community.
