Beyond Politics: Lessons in Leadership from Elected Officials, formerly known as Office Holders Breakfast, is always one of the most insightful events that Leadership Palm Beach County has on its calendar. This event features LPBC Alumni who now hold elective office discussing the leadership lessons learned from being in office as well as their Leadership Palm Beach County experience.
Held on election off years, this year’s November 9 panel will include School Board Member Erica Whitfield (’14), Councilman, Town of Lake Clarke Shores, Jon Maples (’20), County Commissioner, District 1 Palm Beach County, Commissioner Maria Marino (’10), and Palm Beach County Property Appraiser, Dorothy Jacks, CFA, AAS (’96).
This year’s Beyond Politics, presented by Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith PLLC, and UBS Wealth Management, will be held at the Manatee Lagoon beginning at 8:00 AM. Breakfast will be provided by BDS Catering & Productions.
