There is no doubt that women’s employment has changed over the years. Since the pandemic struck early 2020, personal challenges for many women began to mount as they faced an aching decision: children or their job?

Many had to pivot as the pandemic disrupted their business and children’s lives which led them to suspend their careers.

Two years later, many are looking to return to the workforce. Yet, relaunching is intimidating for so many women. Often, feeling not prepared for professional work after being at home and outdated in terms of skills, competencies, and professional networks. Don’t lose hope because you are more prepared than you think! Our engaging panel of industry leaders will provide experiences, insights, tools, tips, and strategies for women returning to the workforce—whether you are thinking about it or already have a job but want a career.

So, join us for “A Conversation on Women Returning to the Workforce / Employment Opportunities” on Friday, March 25th, in celebration of Women’s History Month.
