The City of West Palm Beach Department of Housing and Community Development invites residents, organizations serving low- and moderate-income persons and special needs populations, and other interested parties to participate in a community meeting to provide input on the FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan.

The Annual Action Plan allocates federal CDBG, HOME, and HOPWA funding to address the housing, public services, homelessness, and public facilities and infrastructure needs of primarily low- and moderate-income individuals and families. Join us to help inform the best use of these resources to address the priority needs of our residents.
