Sign up today to get on a bus near you to be part of the Poor People’s Mass Assembly in Tallahassee on April 29th.
From across the state, of every race, religion, gender, immigration status, ability, and background, we’ll come together to declare that we won’t be silent or divided, and to let those in power in Tallahassee know that a movement is rising up in response to their hateful and immoral policies. This movement is going to shift the narrative and the political terrain under their feet because we’ve seen what they do with power, which is to attack the poor, low-wage workers, unions, immigrants, LGBTQ+ people, Black people, incarcerated people, teachers, women, people on Medicaid and without health care, and all of us who need an end to climate catastrophe.
We’re going to take DeSantis and the nation to school, and cut through the DeSantis deflection and deception to bring the demands and voices of the moral leaders of our time to the center of the nation’s attention.
Join us, along with our co-chairs Rev. Dr. William Barber II and Rev. Dr. Liz Theoharis, as well as dozens of partners from around the state, for this Mass Assembly at the state capitol on April 29th.
