in our Homebuyer Education Class; this class is offered live through Zoom in two sessions. Session One Tues. Sept 9th 5:30pm-8:30pm and Session Two Thurs. Sept 11th 5:30pm-8:30pm. Both sessions must be attended; in addition to an individual counseling session to receive the 8-hour certificate of completion. Upon completion a certificate will be issued that is valid for 1 year after the date of completion. There is no cost to participate in the Homebuyer Education Class.
